William Van Noll, MBA

Partner Operator

William Van Noll is Partner Operator at Pathway Health Acquisitions. He is the Founder of Mend Urgent Care, a multi-site urgent care network; Star Medical Associates, a physician-led independent practice association; Vertas Billing Solutions, a revenue cycle management firm; and e-Val MD, a telehealth evaluation platform. Previously, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Palo Verde Hospital, and has held strategy, finance, and accounting roles at The Capital Group, KPMG, and City of Hope. William earned both his MBA and B.S. in Accounting from the University of Southern California.

Catherine Suen, DO

Partner Operator

Catherine Suen, DO is Partner Operator at Pathway Health Acquisitions.  Dr. Suen is Vice Chair of Pathology at Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center and Laboratory Director at Casa Colina Hospital and Centers for Healthcare.  Dr. Suen earned her Doctor of Medicine in Pathology from Midwestern University and completed residency at the University of Southern California with fellowships in Surgical Pathology and Cytopathology. Dr. Suen also served as Development Scientist at Beckman Coulter and Research Technician at Claremont McKenna College.

Brian Dolan

Chief Technologist

Brian Dolan is CEO and Founder of Verdant AI, a Startup Studio building Enterprise Grade AI products. Previously, Brian served as Chief AI Officer at Labcorp, a global leader in diagnostics and drug development, and co-founded Deep 6 AI (acquired by Tempus), a technology platform that uses AI and natural language processing to accelerate clinical trial recruitment and patient matching. Brian also served as VP, AI and Machine Learning at Fortrea, a leading Contract Research Organization (CRO), Chief Scientist at Greenplum (acquired by EMC), and previously headed data scientist teams in Director roles at Yahoo! Inc., FOX, and MySpace.  Brian holds a Master of Arts in Pure Mathematics from the University of California – Los Angeles (UCLA) and a Master of Science in Bio-Mathematics from the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA.

Lauren Blake, PhD

Scientific Advisor

Lauren Blake, PhD is co-founder of Alstara, a leading healthcare technology firm utilizing AI to predict clinical trial outcomes and identify combination therapies for challenging, multi-factorial diseases. Previously, Dr. Blake served as Data Scientist at Alto Neuroscience, a precision psychiatry company using brain-based biomarkers and AI to develop more effective treatments for mental health conditions such as depression, PTSD, and schizophrenia, and as Clinical Bioinformatics Analyst/Medical Affairs at Invitae, a medical genetics company. Dr. Blake earned her PhD in Human Genetics from the University of Chicago and holds a B.S. in Biological Anthropology and Anatomy from Duke University.
